The Cosplay Show

I am my Character

A 24/7 shopwindow exhibition in Mediamatic's groundfloor gallery of over 40 of the best Dutch cosplay costumes. All costumes are based on existing manga, anime or videogame characters and made by the players themselves (with a little help by mom).

Wanna go Cosplaying?

Cosplay, for who doesn’t know, is about TRANSFORMING yourself into your favourite ANIME, manga or videogame character. And, after creating costumes, make-up and accessories based on these characters, to wear them in public or during special cosplay events. Anyone can participate.

During the summer Mediamatic will show costumes and cosplay-inspired films, animations and animutations and will organize a workshop.
