1K Project space presents new works on paper by Seattle based artist Heidi Britt Anderson, aka Heidi Anderson. Dreamy and fairy-tale like depictions of flora and fauna, abstracted landscape elements, and colorful hipster like and pixie-esque figures, are all cohabiting together in the colorful image worlds created by Anderson. With a softened edge and sophisticated folk-art feel, Ms. Anderson has successfully developed her oeuvre with a unique beguiling charm.
1K Projectspace is a new artist run exhibition space in the Westerpark, exhibiting artists from the Netherlands and abroad.
Gallery hours are Saturdays 2-6pm, and by appointment.
