Amsterdam Biennale during Museumnight 2009

During the Museum Night 2009 you could witness the official opening of the pavilion of Lima (Peru) at Mediamatic. Ever tried raw fish, 'cooked' in lemon vinegar, or pisco sour, the national cocktail of Peru? Have you danced to the tunes of electro chicha and jungle cumbia? Seen a contemporary Peruvian performance mixed with Inca rituals and panpipe music?

This night at Mediamatic you experienced the best things the new Peru has to offer.
