Wearables Fashion Show

The participants of the Arduino Wearables workshop presented their final results to the general public. Interactive clothing articles or wearable switches; anyone could come and see what was created.

The Wearables workshop

The Wearables workshop was a three day stint of creating a working prototype using the open source Arduino input/output board. Participants from art, electronic and fashion backgrounds worked together to produce some examples of the possibilities of wearable technology.

The Fashionshow

The show took place in the Mediamatic Night Garden, an exhibition of electronic and organic organisms by Felix Hess, Ralf Schreiber, Christian Faubel, Christa Sommerer, Laurent Mignonneau, Michael Samyn, Auriea Harvey, Petra Blaisse, Mateusz Herczka, Debra Solomon and Theodore Watson.
