Rnul Interactive deals with interactivity in a wide sense. Installations and performances in which sound, (moving) images and physical movements are used to get an interaction with the ‘user’. We use all kinds of ways to analyse the behaviour of visitors to use this information to respond to them. This interaction is translated in a way that a vistor becomes a part of the work itself.
Rnul Interactive is an initiative of Aart Muis (Rotterdam 1980) and Rob Donkers (Gouda 1977) who both graduated from the Willem the Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Rnul has made installations, performed, and held workshops and lectures in places such as New York, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Brussel and Rotterdam with different projects and collaborations.
