Wietske Maas has developed a recipe map of Noord's edibles: an archetypal dish of Amsterdam Noord. Her snail farm was outside Mediamatic Bank held with hundreds of snails climbing the walls and dusting the floors of the glass vitrines along the Vijzelstraat. During a banquet the snails were served, flavored by other ingredients from Noord.
