Una Cena Italiana with Nicoletta Tavella
We fought the icy autumn winds with true Italian temperament. Nicoletta Tavella led us through the kitchen and helped us prepare a passionate Italian dinner. 'Less is more' was the evening's credo. No complexities. Just fresh, tasty food and good company. The most important ingredients for a successful and warm evening.

Menu
As a starter we enjoyed bread with a salad of grilled vegetables. Next, the warm and hearty minestrone filled our bowls, garnished with pesto and Italian cheese. As a main course we had stir-fried vegetables with Mediamatic's own home-grown mushrooms. We rounded off with a fruit salad.
