Dutch Premiere of Of Amsterdam

Documentary: Being a foreign artist in the Netherlands

Six foreign artists tell their stories about living and pursuing their dreams in Amsterdam. After the official premiere in Lisbon, Of Amsterdam will premiere in the Netherlands. The night will start with a performance by Natalia Domínguez Rangel and Mariangela Tinelli. Please RSVP on this page.

Of Amsterdam

Of Amsterdam touches on questions of politics, education, and immigration. Director Catarina Neves Ricci (born in Portugal, but Amsterdam-based) worked together with artists such as Hugo Morango (Portugal), and Natalia Domínguez Rangel (Colombia).

I found Of Amsterdam very interesting. Some shots of downtown A'dam made me feel proud of my beautiful city again. This ought to be aired on public channels. People do not realize the individual impact of austerity measures.
