Iranian Happening

Persian dancing and posing

Conclusions of a research about Persian dance in a form of a live happening. The visitors were directed to pose in front of the camera a selection of movements with the assistance of storytelling, tools and costumes designed especially for the event.

Hadas Itzkovitch, Nazanin Asgarian, Nafiss Nia, Sahand Sahebdivani

During the Iranian Dance & Raghs Happenings, the audience was challenged to pose a Persian Dance move in front of the camera. After choosing which pose and costume they wanted Hadas Itzkovitch took the photos. The costumes were specially designed by Nazanin Asgarianin for this occasion.

16:00 - 16:30: Solo Tar Performance by Sahand Sahebdivani

16:30 - 18:00: 100 Years Of Modern Persian Poetry by Nafiss Nia

18:00 - 20:00, Iranian Dance & ‘Raghs’ by performer and video artist Hadas Itzkovitch & fashion designer Nazanin Asgarian with the advice of Shila Foroudi
