I'm an enthusiastic, goal oriented, creative and very curous human being, who is passionate about new and social media, Social CRM and (technological) oddities and gadgets.

During my study I wrote my thesis about customer relationship management and customer loyalty. This research showed that many organizations, not only musea, are struggling to find the right approach for using Social Media to optimize their customer dialogue.

After my graduation in July 2010 I investigated this topic further and wrote a paper to help organizations understand what Social CRM is about. It can be considered an introduction to Social CRM and the need to be social.

Then it happened: I couldn’t step away from these topics. Too much is happening in such a short notice and it’s too interesting to put aside!

I became restless and I wanted other people to know what is going in the social media world. I started to spam my Facebook, Twitter and Hyves accounts with social media and social CRM related items. So everybody got a chance to know about all the cool and innovative out-of-the-box stuff! Even though I'm sure not all my friends are equally interested in those things!

It then dawned to me it would be better to gather all this information in one place. And so my blog www.socialltheway.com has started, as a reference of the information I shared. Feel free to stop by!
