Our mother Kitty, Catherina van Leeuwen was born in Modjorkoto Indonesia at december 20th 1933 and Dead at april 18th 2001 in Heerlen, was cremated at april 23th 2001 in Geleen, The Netherlands.
Her ashes diverts destination located as a last ceremonie, at the eastside of Bali, in the Indian Ocean June 28th 2008
