Violet bureau

Violet bureau is a non-profit foundation dedicated to question and strengthen art and journalism interaction

Funded in 2007 with the first project 'docs//M', an artistic publication and a serie of public screenings and meetings with artists and journalists, Violet Bureau wants to develop its activities to reconsider artists' positioning within society. Political, ethical, philosophical and poetical aspects are introspected relating to their influence on forms and ways of knowledge production and artistic action within society.
