On Friday the 3rd of April 2009, another Lost & Found night is taking place at the Theatrum Anatomicum. On show is, amongst others, the story of Sarah Ann Henley who miraculously survived a 250 feet drop after jumping off the Clifton Suspension Bridge in 1885. Her Victorian dress acted as a parachute.

JuliaThe Clifton Suspension Bridge is well known as a suicide bridge and is fitted with plaques that advertise the number of The Samaritans. Between 1974 and 1993, 127 people fell to their deaths from the bridge. In 1885, 22-year-old Sarah Ann Henley jumped, the story goes, after a lovers quarrel, but, her skirts acting as a parachute, she landed in the mud.
Lost & Found is a night of stray images and sounds, compiled from received and selected material by Constant Dullaart and Julia van Mourik.
