ArjanIkTag Registration Desk
Next-generation software for IkTag management and account creation
As the result of the second Mediamatic Night Lab, An opensource, cross-platform program dubbed the Registration Desk was created. This program is intended as a replacement for the trusty anyIdentity program, which, being written in C++ and hard to maintain, was nearing its end-of-life. The Registration Desk is written using Python, with help of the Twisted networking stack and the wxWidgets GUI library. The program uses the already opensourced AnyMeta API classes extensively, will be released under an opensource licence in the very near future.

The program connects to the site of choice, presenting an interface for looking up persons and linking tags.

It's easy - only two input fields, place an IkTag, and smile at the camera!

All settings can be changed, and sites can be switched on-the-fly.
