For the opening of the manifestation My Name is Spinoza at Mediamatic, Natalia Domingues Rangel created a new work.
Her Wat Spinoza? performance presents the 16 questions of the WatSpinoza? exhibition. For every question she composed micro-pieces of 35-40 seconds. To add several musical layers to the questions all 16 micro-pieces employ a variation in pronunciation, breathing techniques, singing in the style of a Baroque chorale and noise.
On Friday May 15th she will performed her work again. Start 22.15 hrs., Mediamatic BANK, after Parallax.
