A naked version of the opera, directed by Peter Konwitschny. Music direction by Ingo Metzmacher with Hannu Niemelä as Wozzeck.

According to Konwitschny, the emptiness of his decor is only relevant to the emptiness of human nature. Money does not help more than it destroys, as humans are always simultaneously victims and perpetrators.

With an introduction by Jacqueline Oskamp.

On the 9th of June there is a meet the artist with Ingo Metzmacher en Pierre Audi.
