Alta Tecnologia Andina / Andean High Technology – independent, non-profit cultural organization. Would like to help in the development of a new culture in Peru, based upon the use and expansion of electronic media. ATA has co-produced over 120 works by Peruvian and foreign artists since 1998. Organizes the Festival Internacional de video/arte/electrónica.
