In de toekomst is het niet langer nodig om bij iedere nieuwe website opnieuw je profiel op te geven (en bij te houden), of om voor de tweede, derde of vierde keer contact te maken met vrienden. Het systeem gaat dit voor je doen.

Een groep van internationale softwaremakers werkt dit weekend bij Mediamatic aan protocollen en technieken, en onderzoekt hoe we kunnen samenwerken. David Recordon (Six Apart, San Fransisco), Blaine Cook (Twitter, San Fransisco) en Willem Velthoven geven korte snelle reports. En daarna heffen we het glas op persoonlijke sociale netwerken!

Federating Social Networks Borrel

First presentation on explorations to federate social network sites. In the future it will no longer be necessary to re-enter (and maintain) your profile, or make contact with friends for the 2nd, 3rd of 4th time on every new o-so-cool website. The system will do this for you.

This weekend a group of international software makers are working at Mediamatic on protocols and techniques. And we will be researching possibilities for collaboration. David Recordon (Six Apart, San Francisco), Blaine Cook (Twitter, San Francisco) and Willem Velthoven (Mediamatic) will give short reports. Afterwards we will raise the glass to social networks!
