Ze doen projecten waarin ze de ons omringende technologische systemen ‘terug ENGINEEREN’ en geven er een nieuwe, kritische gebruiks- en sociale functie aan. Hansen liet hiervan een aantal voorbeelden zien.</p> <p><span class="inline-image-wrapper"><a href="http://www.mediamatic.net/id/11363"> <img src="http://fast.mediamatic.nl/f/sjnh/image/512/11363-381-400.jpg" height="400" width="381" alt="" title="Playtime, students Gerrit Rietveld Academy"/> </a><span class="inline-caption"><span class="caption-title"><a title="Vergroot afbeelding - Playtime, students Gerrit Rietveld Academy - Mediamatic.net" href="/page/11363/nl">Playtime, students Gerrit Rietveld Academy</a></span><span class="caption-sep"> -</span><span class="caption-body">Cultural Engineers at Mediamatic</span></span></span></p> <p>Vijf studenten van de Rietveld Academie, Nina Larsen, Alexa Tang, Tunc Topcuoglu, Xiavier Fernandez Fuentes en Tobias Krasenberg, demonstreerden hun zelf bedachte en ontworpen SPELLETJES.
