In the 5 days preceding PICNIC, an annual crossmedia conference in Amsterdam, Mediamatic organized the <a href="http://www.mediamatic.net/page/47109/en">Social RFID Hackerscamp</a>. A group of excellent coders, designers and physical computeers used recent technologies and interaction design to realize a bunch of engaging interactive installations, wearables and spaces.</p><p>On this second day of PICNIC all the projects were as fine-tuned and bug free as possible. Visitors were invited to experience all projects themselves. Accompanied with music, visitors kept bringing more and more friends along to the Friend-Drink-Station...</p>

<p>At 18.00 hrs team leader Klaas Kuitenbrouwer gave a presentation and afterwards the guests were given a tour around all the brand new installations. Those present could play with the IkTag they got at the entrance in the hub. </p>

In de 5 dagen voorafgaand aan PICNIC, de jaarlijkse crossmedia conferentie in Amsterdam, organiseerde Mediamatic het <a href="http://www.mediamatic.net/page/47109/en">Social RFID Hackerscamp</a>. Ruim 30 software ontwikkelaars, techneuten en interactie-ontwerpers uit het binnen- en buitenland bedachten en bouwden nieuwe interactieve toepassingen.</p><p>Op de tweede dag van PICNIC waren alle projecten helemaal in orde en praktisch bug free! Bezoekers waren uitgenodigd om zelf alle projecten te ervaren tijdens deze bijeenkomst. De bezoekers brachten steeds meer vrienden mee naar de <em>Friend-Drink-Station</em>...</p>

<p>Om 18:00 gaf teamleider Klaas Kuitenbrouwer een presentatie en hierna werden de gasten langs de gloednieuwe installaties geleid. Degenen die aanwezig waren konden met de nieuwe IkTag spelen die ze hadden gekregen bij de ingang in de hub. </p>
