A lecture by Dr. Nicu Sebe (University of Amsterdam) on emotion recognition. What are the possibilities of human-computer interaction by means of gestures, facial expression and voice intonation?
Sebe's research has been directed towards bimodal emotion recognition, and during the lecture he will present some of the results they have achieved using still images. Including an analysis of the Mona Lisa smile and a live demo.
