PICNIC YOUNG is as a side event of the main PICNIC 08, organized by the Creative Learning Lab. This event is especially for young people to get them acquainted with new media technology, for also for teachers, educational professionals and creative minds.
The programme has been split up in Specials and Labs. The specials offer a seminar on education and technology; the labs are workshops for pupils of secondary education with all kinds of media tools.
Teachers can now win free participation to the Labs for a whole class if they enroll in a pitch. More information on the pitch can be found (in
