Metaphysics vs. Creativity

Everyone was busy creating a very personal-slow-speed-unique-crafty-masterpiece based on the metaphysics and love of dressing yourself. Both Hagenbeek and Gottschall wanted to use the direct creative input of young enthusiastic kids for creating the ultimate catwalk-sport-shoe to move this new collection fast forward into the future.

Details

The workshop was held between 14:00 - 17:00 hrs, free entrance. Everyone between the age of 6 and 14 was welcome to participate and was invited to bring along friends and family for a serious design party. Shoes, paper and pens were at the ready to draw your design directly on white sneakers that were provided by the workshop. The drawings of the workshops were used for a personal shirt that you could take home after the end of the exhibition in Mediamatic.
