Scrambling

Featuring the nightcaps of Eibert Draisma, Jorgos Loukakos' Scrambling and Martijn Tellinga with Sound Works.

Jorgos Loukakos showed Scrambling, a film made WITHOUT a script, without actors and without narrative. A COMPOSITE of IMAGE and SOUND that makes up its own story, time and space by scrambling up an initial material of filmed journeys.

Eibert Draisma believes in the magic of every day. He ignores conventional ideas and designs things for the CURIOUS human, the human that ponders upon the objects that they use daily. He sometimes designs smart products for multinationals, but then he'll suddenly come out with a NIGHTCAP for TRAIN and PLANE travellers, KARAOKE singing ROBOT, a dancing lamp or a fairy tale for a comic magazine.

Martijn Tellinga added a new part to his ONGOING musical project Boca Raton. It hovers the edges of synthesized and concrete-acoustic sound worlds. More than relying on melody, harmony and rhythm, these works are constructed from TEXTURE, VOLUME and time-elapse.
