Mexican composer of microtonal instrumental and electronic music. Will perform 'Victoria's Secret', a realtime piece for computer and video beamer which reads the news in the manner of a random oracle. He has studied composition and sonology at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague and currently pursues a PhD in artistic research in Gent.
