Repairing -

Repairing is about the cultural, economic and creative value of the power and the beauty of repair. It is also about the joy of fixing things. During this inspiration day coached by designer Lotte Dekker and artist Arne Hendriks we will elaborate on the subject of waste mentality and start repairing objects to enrich them with an extra value.

We will lay our hands on objects in the city and repair them with our toolkit. By the repairing practices of Heleen Klopper and Lotte Dekker we will also fix clothing with Woolfiller and glue porcelain with gold via the New Kintsugi technique. Bring your old clothing and broken ceramics!
