Should we get European or African catfish?
During our trip to the fish farm we learned a lot about the African catfish, that's a pro. We also have Michel at our side. But one of those things we learned was: they need 25 degrees Celsius. European catfish stay active at a temperature as low as 12 degrees Celsius. That saves a lot of energy.
So what should we do?
