Blake Allen studies Landscape Architecture at the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, Academie van Bouwkunst. Next to his architectural ambitions, he has worked as Assistant Brewer at two breweries, wrote the operations plan for the largest hop farm in Canada, and was most recently the Brewer for Mediamatic's Myco Brewery. In Mediamatic's Myco Brewry, Blake experimented with brewing resulting in his personal Hoppy favourite House Beer: Saison #7. On the process, as well as on any other beer-related thought, Blake writes a blog about the Homemade Pint.
