Bettina Möllring -

Bettina Möllring is professor for industrial design at the Muthesius Art School in Berlin. The design of toilets and urinals plays a central role in her work, especially posing gender-related questions about approachability in public spaces.

Bettina Möllring studied Industrial Design at the Hochschule der Künste in Berlin and at the Royal College of Art in London.
She started to work on her first toilet project during the design studies in
Berlin (1987) and has worked on several projects in academic contexts as
well as with companies or institutions (e.g. TOTO Japan, VDI Germany).
