architecture summer school

4 Jul 2005
15 Jul 2005

In a two week course, the future of harbours like Rotterdam and Hamburg will be examined. How can a city reasonably allow the harbour to expand closer to a residential area? How does one deal with the inevitable integration problems? How do different harbours compare?

The course will be led by Aaron Betsky (NAi Director), Martin Aarts (head of design department dS+V) and Peter Wilson (initiator of Bolles Wilson, Münster), as well as a group of tutors. The course is meant for recently graduated architecture students.
