What?

Learn how to forge a fingerprint! The good people of CCC are well known for forging the fingerprint of German Minister of Financial Affairs, Wolfgang Schäuble. They did this to draw attention to Germany's increasing push to use biometrics in, for example, e-passports. Someone with similar sentiments as CCC took Schäuble's fingerprint from a glass he drank from during a panel discussion. In their magazine, Die Datenschleuder (4,000 copies), CCC then included a plastic foil with the reproduction of the minister's fingerprint on it - ready to glue to someone else's finger to provide a false biometric reading.

About the Chaos Computer Club (from Wikipedia)

The Chaos Computer Club (CCC) is an organization of hackers. CCC is based in Germany and other German-speaking countries and currently has over 9,000 members.
CCC describes itself as "a galactic community of life forms, independent of age, sex, race or societal orientation, which strives across borders for freedom of information...." In general, CCC advocates more transparency in government, freedom of information, and human right to communication. Supporting the principles of the hacker ethic, the club also fights for free access to computers and technological infrastructure for everybody. CCC was founded in Berlin on September 12, 1981 at the Kommune 1's table in the rooms of the newspaper Die Tageszeitung by Wau Holland and others in anticipation of the prominent role that information technology would play in the way people live and communicate.
