What advice a city game has for a plan...

The City Game Play Oosterwold is designed to animate the Plan Rules as proposed by the City of Almere and MVRDV.

So far, observations from the game suggest that the construction of a public road by private stakeholders, on the basis of percentage ownership of private land, has many pitfalls. De observaties n.a.
