Today is Simeon’s last day! A bit sad, but the party will be next week, together with Jimena and a couple of other people.
AQUAPONICS WORKSHOP
The Aquaponics workshop is supposed to happen on Saturday again, but unfortunately due to the lack of participants, it has to be cancelled. People who signed up, please notice!
BIERBERAAD TIME
It’s that time of the month to have another Bierberaad - the last one before summer. This time it will be all about brewing, blending and mixing, with 9 tasters (you will probably be drunk before the end!). Expect to hear about the Medieval mixing procedure, the bread beer that is 6000 years old, beer cocktails, the pavilion that recycles urine and transforms it into beer, comparative yeast tasting and so on!
NEW INTERN
Carlotta is now part of our team, and she will be interning in floor management. If you haven’t met her already, go and say hi!
