MYCO-BREWING SUCCESS
The Myco-brewing team have been hard at work improving their processes and this week they have seen the best growth so far to their panel growing. Congratulations guys! If you would like to know more or see the progress yourself ask one of the team for more info and head over to the clean room to take a look.
DIJKSPARK OPENING 11th, 12th, 13th SEPTEMBER
In just under 2months the Dijkspark opening events will be taking place. The official opening will be held on the Friday the 11th of September and the Public Opening Event will be held on Saturday the 12th. Please keep these dates free in your schedule as there will be lots going on and there will be a lot of preparation involved. Please don't be afraid to ask the rest of the team if you need a hand with something you are organising. Also feel free to put your hand up of there is an aspect of the event you would like to be more involved in.
FAYE IS WITH US ANOTHER MONTH
Faye will be contributing to the Dijkspark Opening events in September and will therefore be staying around a little longer. (If you have an interest in fermented food products please have a chat with Faye about it.)
GARE DU NORD EXHIBITION OPENING TOMORROW NIGHT (WAAG SOCIETY)
Gare du Nord is a project initiated by Chiara Ianeselli in collaboration with Lucas Evers (Waag Society) about the body: its shape, its membrane, and its boundaries. The exhibition begins tomorrow night at 6pm and is free for the opening night (normally € 2) if you register online. Located in the historic, Theatrum Anatomicum of de Waag building, the exhibition will be on display for one month. Read more and register for the opening night here.

CLEANING REMINDERS
As mentioned in the meeting this morning, there will be a new list of cleaning tasks put up in the kitchen. Please take a look and remember to check the cleaning roster to see which day you are cleaning next.
A reminder to also please clean up after yourself outside of the cleaning roster. A couple of things to remember:
– Clean the milk foamer and any milk spillage immediately
– Wash up your own lunch plates after use
– Put empty glasses in the dishwasher not in the sink
– Put cardboard and glass waste in the right boxes in the kitchen storage
– Clean up after yourself around the office, try not to leave anything behind when you finish work
