Fungal growth, fermentation, decay... it sounds dirty, but it's these processes that make your beer and cheese taste so delicious. The talkshow Zuursalon, curated by Leslie Dronkers, is all about fermented foods and more. In the second edition we will taste and discuss some delicious soft cheeses. The speakers are sheep-cheesemaker Michaël Steegh from Dikhoeve, City-cheesemaker Eva Mathilde van Otterloo from Mathilde's Kaas and Julius Betist from the MelkSalon. Come and learn from the masters on the Sunday afternoon of October 25.
