Cold Cucumber Consommé
A light and refreshing dish of ice cold cucumber consommé, caraway and juniper pickled cucumber cubes, mint oil and dash of Vørding’s gin for depth. Great with an oyster! Alcohol free version also available.

A hindu curry made with lentil, coconut milk and papadam.
A stew made with chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, cinnamon and paprika powder.
Kimchi, Oysters and Fries
Homemade fermented cabbage, Dutch triple fried fries and wild oysters.
A coconut and dried shiitake sauce, topped with roasted king oyster mushrooms, spinach, caramelised red onion, fermented black beans and roasted garlic.
A spicy pizza. Pomodori sauce, butternut squash, roasted sweet red pepper, red fermented tofu, pine nuts, sesame seeds and basil.
A classic marinara sauce of pomodori and garlic, caramelised red onion and herbs.
A sauce of silken tofu, ginger and mint. Topped with the catch of the day from our fisherman Piet Ruiter. The last remaining Amsterdam fisherman who lands his catch on our terrace!
