She is an art historian, curator, art manager, has many years of experience in museum work –she was deputy director of Karaganda art museum, presently she is coordinator for educational programs of Desht-i- Art Center.

Graduated from the philological faculty of Karaganda State University and Higher School of Art Studies under Russian Academy of Art, Culture and Tourism (Moscow) and qualified as art museum specialist. The author of research and publications on the cultural policy and art of Kazakhstan, museum practice. The curator of the exhibitions “Forgotten Names. Soviet Artists in Karaganda in the late 30ies – early 60ies” (Karaganda, 1990), “New Reality. Contemporary Art of Kazakhstan” (Karaganda,2000), “The Eurasian Syndrome” (Karaganda- Yekaterinburg-Nizhniy Tagil, 2002), “The Landscapes of Memory”(Karaganda, 2002), “New Mythology” (Kazakhstan –Kyrgyzstan-Russia)

The author of the experimental museum projects “The Course of Destiny” and “Minus 6”, diplomate of the open museum forum “Prospecting the Future” (Yasnaya Polyana, Russia, 2004). Organized and lectured for the museum seminar “Innovative Methods of Work in the Contemporary Museum”(Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tadzhikistan,2005), curator of the projects “Museumstan” and “Contemporary Art in the Contemporary Museum”(2007-2008)
