Often, the wish to be sugar free exists without much public knowledge of what sweet alternative actually takes sugar’s place. In their series of Experimental workshops, the EAT ART collective sets out to inform the public on the secrets hold in the food industry. What you will do
In this workshop you will learn more about these sweet alternatives and learn how to work with your own. After providing you with the necessary information on sweet alternatives for sugar, together with Alexander and Lukas from the EAT ART collective you will also look at your own sweet priorities. What do you want from refined sugar and its alternatives? What are your priorities? How sweet will you choose to go if you actually know what you're talking about? In taking on a more open attitude towards the possible benefits and believed dangers this workshop imagines and experiments with these alternatives together.
