There is more to fermented drinks than your mainstream batch of Kombutcha. This workshop offers to expend your knowledge and skills to the eastern European regions. Under expert eyes of fermentation expert and enthusiast Sasker Scheerder, you will learn how to make Kvass yourself. Tired of Kefir and Kombucha, never really fell for beer? Join and learn!

This refreshing drink is full of nutrients, probiotics and vitamins. Having a similar taste to beer, Kvass is only slightly alcoholic (depending on your brew). Traditional Kvass is commonly made from rye bread. In this workshop, together with Sasker, you will walk through all the steps of making Kvass, different techniques and ingredients.
