Refunding a Workshop ticket
When a workshop gets cancelled, it sometimes happens that a workshop participant cannot make it to a future workshop.
In this case you ask them for:
- Full name
- Bank details
When you have their particulars, send an email to Jans (email@example.com) and provide the following information:
- Amount paid
- Workshop they were supposed to attend
- Workshop participant's full name
- Workshop participant's bank details
When this is done, please go to Stager and mark the ticket as Refunded. This helps us keep track of any pending workshop tickets.
