At Mediamatic, we have always been more than just a restaurant. We are a cultural institution, a creative laboratory, and a place where food, art, and sustainability meet.
Over the years, we’ve explored how food interacts with the senses, sustainability, and artistic expression—whether through our Neo Futurist Dinners, experimental food making workshops, gastronomical summits or art installations. Now, we want to expand this vision by creating a radically new type of dining and cultural experience.

Why Are We Doing This?
We believe in the power of food and art to bring people together. Our restaurant has always been a place for experimentation, creativity, and community and we want to explore our vision more with De Sering.
TestTafel Mediamatic is no ordinary restaurant concept by any means. In many ways, it's more of a creative hub, a development kitchen, a school and a community. It is a place where artists, cooks, staff and guests come together to learn and meet. This new collaboration at Mediamatic is centered around a weekly changing menu made collectively by a team of skilled cooks.
