Mathijs van Oosterhoudt is an artist and game developer with a background in documentary and interactive installations. He currently focuses on creating alternative video games that attempt to broaden the medium, as well as on the Focal Camera project, which allows people to build their own cameras from simple building blocks. He uses open-source tools and offers his own projects as such, convinced that knowledge should be free.
