SICA

Dutch artists and cultural organisations are increasingly taking part in activities throughout the world. SICA was set up to assist cultural organisations with their international activities. Starting in 1999, SICA has profiled itself as an independent centre for expertise and networking for organisations involved in all kinds of cultural disciplines, both within the Netherlands and abroad. For the time being, the main focus of the SICA website is to assist Dutch artists who want to expand their horizons into other countries.
