A special programme element entitled No Holds Barred, which will have its premiere this year, will feature large-scale presentations. Other attractions of Art Amsterdam will be lectures and debates, professional guided tours, and educational workshops for beginner collectors (Young & Collecting) as well as an exclusive programme for established Dutch and foreign collectors (Club C).

Last year's theme for Art Amsterdam was 'solo'. It was this concept, that resulted in a unique anniversary edition, that won the fair the Nationale Expo Jaarpijs.

Art Amsterdam is also held in the city which can justifiably claim the title of cultural capital of the Netherlands. During the exhibition numerous museums, cultural institutions and commercial art firms in the city will regale visitors with special displays.
