1. General ticket conditions
We have house rules. Buying a ticket means that you agree with these house rules.
By ticket we mean any admission ticket to Mediamatic. This can vary from a ticket for a lecture, workshop or performance.
2. Cancellation policy
2 or more full working days before the event:
If you can't come and you let us know in writing at least 2 full working days (Monday-Friday between 09.30 and 18.00) in advance, we'll give you a full refund.
Example:
- If you let us know in writing on Wednesday before 18.00 that you cannot attend your workshop on Saturday; you can get refunded.
- If you let us know in writing on Thursday that you cannot attend your workshop on Saturday; you do not get refunded as it is less than 2 full working days before your reservation.
- Please see the point below about less than 2 full working days before the event.
How to let us know: Go to your confirmation email from Mediamatic and click on "reply". Let us know the date you can't come, along with your full name, and the name of the event.
Less than 2 full working days before the event:
If you are unable to come to the event and you let us know less than 2 full working days prior, we will not give a refund. But, your ticket is fully transferable, so we hope you can find a friend to enjoy the event in your place. What happens if the event, or workshop is canceled by Mediamatic?
If Mediamatic has to cancel or reschedule an event, we will make sure your ticket is rebooked or refunded.
I would like to move my ticket to another day.
Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule tickets. If it is at least 2 working days before the event, you can cancel your ticket and buy a new ticket for the date you prefer. You will then receive a refund for the ticket you canceled as seen above.
