We want to organize an exhibition together with the Institute of Creative Minds (ICM) which is an Istanbul-based creative professionals network that was launched in 2010. ICM consists of various creative professionals.

Technical Requirements:
I-Pad and i-pad holder accessories (4-5 pieces)
Projector (4-5 pieces)
Audio set up (4-5 pieces)

Exhibition Space Requirements:
White walls for projection (some of them might be protected space with good acoustics)
Space and projection areas will be designed to give an idea about PARK (optional: barricades, tents, protest graffiti, trees, gas masks etc..)

Process:
- getting approval of Mediamatic about the exhibition
- information exchange and check between all stakeholders (organizer, Mediamatic, Agence LeJournal, sponsors etc.)
- designing posters, event page and invitations (PR)
- reserving tickets of the representatives
- visa application checks
- designing the exhibition space
- PR and press release
- constructing the exhibition space
- arranging accommodation for the representatives
- arrival of the representatives (5-8 days of stay)
- setting up the multimedia and controls (first 3-4 days)
- the opening/gala (the forum day)
- interviews and interaction with the participants
- departure of the representatives
- collecting the exhibition after the end

The Agency, so as to reach the target, prepares and presents its works in the form of photo interview. The LeJournal Magazine is scheduled to be released in the early 2013 for those who want to follow the national and international agenda through an extraordinary visual language formed within the principles of the tradition of photojournalism.
