Secretopia: Andy Warhol's Dracula

Movie Discussion

10 apr 2017

In this Secretopia session we discuss the outrageous cult classic Andy Warhol's Dracula (1975) exploring sexuality, immortality and classism. Paul Morrissey’s moralistic take on modern values, co-produced by Andy Warhol, is a brash mixture of humor, horror, and sex—and a revelation to fans of the horror film. In the film, the infamous count searches Italy for virgin blood.

Dracula is searching for virgins' blood, and... he's dying of thirst!
