What you will do
During the workshop you will learn the basic principles of fermentation and make a start using dairy cultures. You will learn about the differences between dairy cultures by tasting and how to make it at home. The culture you make during the workshop, you take home to continue your practice of fermenting dairy.
Saskia Frederiks is specialist in fermentation. After tasting water kefir once, she was hooked and has been fascinated ever since that evening. The transformation in scent, color, taste and texture never seem to lose their magic for her. She likes to inspire others with her fascination and knowledge about fermentation.
