For the re-opening of Mediamatic ETEN and the Serres Séparées we've teamed up with vegan chef Elmer Kesseler. For the first weekends he surprises our guests with a plant-based lunch and dinner, composed with seasonal produce, self foraged herbs, and fresh picked edible flowers from our Aquaponic greenhouse.
