Giulia Soldati is an Italian designer currently based in Milan (Italy). After the MA in Social Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven, Giulia Soldati is researching ways to merge the world of food and design, and to make them influence each other. Her work is inspired by food and food cultures. In her design practice, Giulia Soldati uses food as a tool to explore the relationship with our bodies, to push and to question our culture and beliefs, giving shape to new culinary experiences and languages.

As nice as it is to play with a raw tempeh, eating it unprepared is not the best idea. Jiwei and I sneaked into the kitchen to cook our samples (about which you can read in the previous post ).
